Yes, we can provide an interpreter if you require one.

Our aim is to make your experience as smooth as possible. One way we do this is by ensuring we have an interpreter available to help you through our written questionnaire and the interview process.

The interpreter must be booked in advance by us when you book an appointment, so please let us know if you can’t make it.

We appreciate that your relatives or friends might like to help, but we must use a recognised interpreter service to maintain your confidentiality.

To make sure we can cater to your needs, please alert our staff when you make your appointment that you will require an interpreter.
