Why did I get this message, and why has my next donation been cancelled?

Thanks for your recent donation.

We’ve cancelled your next donation because testing on your blood sample shows some results outside our normal range. These results aren’t urgent and don’t necessarily mean there’s a problem, but it’s important to have them checked out before you come back.

What happens next?

You’ll receive a letter from us with a copy of your results to discuss with your GP.

When they’re satisfied there’s no underlying cause (or you’ve finished treatment), you may be able to donate again.
