Safety first

We are proud to deliver a safe and healthy environment for all employees no matter where they are based. We keep staff and managers informed about work health and safety issues and provide relevant training, information, instruction and supervision. 

Discounted private healthcare insurance

We have negotiated a great package with Medibank that provides staff with higher benefits on extras and discounted corporate premiums. Employees can also pay their insurance pre-tax. 

Employee assistance program

Employees and members of their immediate family (including same-sex families and unmarried couples) can access an independent, confidential counseling, free of charge from professionally qualified counselors. This can be for personal or work-related advice.  There are also online self-help modules and email services to refer you to legal, mortgage and financial advice.

Discounted gym membership

We have negotiated a variety of discount gym memberships with national and local providers. Family members can also join under the same deal and there’s no joining fee.

Leave policies

Our leave policies are designed to support the needs of our staff and that of the business. Whether it’s for education, paternity leave or family emergencies, we provide great flexibility.  Up to 18 weeks minimum maternity leave is provided and many people transition back into work part-time after having a family. There are other provisions for generous entitlements to further paid leave which are stipulated in various Awards that cover different parts of our workforce.

Flexible work

One quarter of our team has some kind of caring responsibility and thirty per cent of our employees are part-time.  We offer shift work, job sharing and flexible hours that fit within business needs and the requirements of your role.
